Leaders from the Civil Affairs Bureau come to Torch Technology to comfort frontline disabled employees
Throughout August, the development zone was almost in a "barbecue" mode every day, with many people hiding in air-conditioned rooms unwilling to go out. However, the disabled employees in our company carry forward the will of not being disabled and always stick to their positions. The hard work and perseverance of disabled employees have touched the hearts of the civil affairs department. On August 24th, Director Cao and Director Zhu of the Civil Affairs Bureau, along with other key comrades, braved the scorching heat and came to Torch Technology Company to comfort disabled workers who were working hard on the production line. The civil affairs leaders personally delivered 50 pieces of mineral water to everyone's hands and communicated with disabled people seriously to gain a detailed understanding of daily operations, family life, and other situations.
Entering the workshop site, Director Cao said that what we can feel is not only the scorching heat of summer, but also the enthusiasm of disabled employees to change their work and living environment with their diligent hands, and climb the peak of life. He reminded everyone to pay attention to self-regulation while doing their work well, and prevent heatstroke caused by high temperatures.
